How commission Works
Referring your clients to purchase a home at Seabrook is easy! If your client purchases a new construction home at Seabrook, you will receive a 2% commission * just for making the connection. Plus, your referral will support both the Windermere Foundation and Seabrook Community Foundation.
* The 2% commission is available for current Windermere agents at time of closing. Should referring agent leave Windermere, they will be eligible for a 20% referral fee on commission upon home closing. Windermere agents are also eligible for a 1% commission on Windermere Seabrook listed resale properties, and a 0.5% commission on outside-Windermere listed resale properties.

For Your Clients
We encourage you to invite your clients who are new to the Seabrook experience to visit Seabrook. By registering your clients with Seabrook, they will be able to access a Windermere-exclusive discount on rooms within the community. Clients will receive a 20% discount (this discount can only be used once).
All you need to do is enter your clients’ information into the Seabrook registration portal, and a member of the Seabrook team will take it from there! Remember to use your windermere.com email address during registration, so that your clients can take advantage of the discount.
